Beginners & First Visits

I’m new—where should I start?

Begin with Asylum MMA & Kickboxing or Women’s Self-Defence 101. We’ll place you based on goals, schedule, and comfort level. Message us and we’ll confirm a first class.

What should I bring to my first class?

Athletic wear and water. Optional for day one: mouthguard and hand wraps. We’ll advise on gloves/gear before you buy.

Is sparring required?

No. Live application is optional and only introduced with coach approval after you’re comfortable with basics.

Can I start mid-month?

Yes. We can prorate or set a start date that aligns with your calendar.

Asylum MMA & Kickboxing: $125/mo

Outlaw MMA: $80/mo

Women’s Self-Defence 101: $80/mo

Bully Proof (6–9 & 10–14): $145/mo

Unlimited Pass (Asylum + Outlaw, incl. Women’s 101): $175/mo

Drop-ins: $10–$20 (program-dependent)

4Wolves Free Friday: FREE • Road to Recovery (first month): FREE

Are there contracts or sign-up fees?

No long-term contracts and no hidden fees. Give 7 days’ notice before renewal to pause or cancel. (Adjust if policy changes.)

Kids & Youth (Bully Proof)

What ages do you accept?

Kids 6–14 for Bully Proof programs; teens/adults for MMA, kickboxing, grappling, and self-defence.

Can my child try a class first?

Yes—easy trials with coach placement to ensure fit and readiness.

Are classes safe for kids?

Yes. Coach-supervised drills, clear rules, and safety gear for contact. Live contact is introduced gradually.

Women’s Self-Defence

Is there a women-only option?

Yes—Women’s Self-Defence 101 runs in a supportive, women-led space and is included in the Unlimited Pass.

Outlaw MMA (SAW/Judo/Wrestling)

I’m new to grappling—will I be okay?

Absolutely. We teach position before submission, scale contact, and keep rounds supervised and safe.

Free Friday & Recovery Support

What is the Free Friday 4Wolves class?

A free 1.5-hour kickboxing session led by Coach Billy Torrence, followed by a smudge and sharing circle—open to everyone.

How does Road to Recovery work?

Adults maintaining sobriety get one month free, plus check-ins, goal tracking, and identity work—confidential enrolment.
